Fun Way to Get Fit!
I’m not the type to be happy with a gym membership and go run the treadmill three times a week. I get bored really easily and gym memberships are a waste of money for me. I’m looking into fun things to do in my area and I’ve found a great fitness club that offers classes for a good price. I was thinking of Belly Dancing (that looks so hot!!) and Zumba. I too prefer group classes. I think TaeBo was one of the very first classes I took and I loved it. I’ve also done Zumba which is also a great workout. There is something about dancing that just makes me forget I’m working out. I also got a dance exercise video called DanceX http://www.dancexfitness.com which is the most fun I’ve had with an exercise video

Exactly! It doesn’t feel like excersize it just feels like you’re having a good time with your friends! I got two friends of mine joining me on Sunday! I will definitely post an update!
