Latin Gossip ( my fave latin gossip site) has announced that RBD or
Rebelde are disbanding. I’m sure Latin teens and pre-teens and tweens everywhere are crying their little hearts out. Me….not so much. For those of you who don’t know,
RBD (Rebel) was a band that was born out of a teen/tween Latin soap opera. In the soap opera the kids were in this band. The soap was such a hit that they became a band in real life. There’s six of them, three guys and three girls. I love that there’s a blonde girl, a brunette and a redhead. It seems they want to make sure they had all bases covered. They were, to me, this generations answer to Menudo. I think I might write a blog post about Menudo in one of my nostalgic posts. Now according to this website, there are supposedly sick rumors going around that fans are
committing suicide over this. Now I liked Menudo and NKOTB like the rest of them but damn if I’m going to kill myself over it! Now if you click on the link you’d get the full story plus a pic of the group. Too lazy to insert one of my own. Why…because to me it’s just not that serious. I’m just not going to be committing suicide over it. I would love read your comments on this amazing story.
