A New Diva Party!
Need new clothes? Have you grown out of your gently used clothes? Have friends with the same problem? Why not invite your chicas to a clothing swap party? Over a little bit of vino you and your fellow bargain-istas can go through your favorite pieces and swap clothes that may not fit but are still ok to wear. This is a great idea to update your wardrobe without spending any money! On your invites you can add all the rules you’d like for example, Gently used, washed still in style (something you would wear if you could fit into it). I’ve actually gone through a weight loss which is great but can get expensive as far as clothes. You don’t look right when you’ve got jeans that hang off your bootie or waist. Or when those perfect work pants is a size too big, it definitely shows. Why not share your goodies? It’s definitely a win win situation.
So now, get off the computer and take a Sunday where you and your girls check out wardrobes in between good food and good wine! Have fun! This could be something you and your girls can do every season and keep each other looking fabulous! You could also increase the number of participants if your list is a little small by asking your friends to invite a friend. It’s like going to a consignment shop but free!
