Tips on picking the right shampoo
- First take a look at your hair. Is it naturally curly? Do you have split ends? Is it dry? Then maybe a dry/damaged shampoo and conditioner is good for your hair.
- Have you dyed your hair lately? The right shampoo can make your color brighter, longer.
- Don’t forget about your scalp! Is it dry and flaky? I like to add a bit of the Head & Shoulders Shampoo during the winter when we tend to get dry from head to toe.
- Is your hair oily? Stick straight? You can try the shampoos for normal hair. If your hair is on the thinner side you definitely need something that promotes fullness and gets rid of build up. And you should also try not to apply too much gloss and only the type of gloss or finishing crème that’s really light.
New Herbal Essences Shampoo, a choice of 7 Formulas is a great selection of shampoos and conditioners for less than $5. They even have tailored moisturizing solutions for every type of hair. They even have conditioner for long haired women which tend to need a bit more TLC to keep it looking gorgeous! You can also check out their web site for coupons and special deals!

Great tips! I have such a hard time finding the right shampoo for my hair. I love how Pantene smells but it gives me so much build up. I have tried Herbal Essense and it’s the same thing. Currently the only thing that works on my hair is PureOlogy and it is expensive as heck. I may try Aveda.
