Four Weeks to a Fab You
With spring fast approaching we are all revisiting our workout plans and diets and trying to kick it up a notch or just start over. I’ve been battling with my weight since the beginning of the year. It definitely is tough! But I am determined to lose the weight and be at a more healthier weight by summer.
I found this great web site powered by iVillage called Never Say Diet. I love that! I never say diet myself; I find that if I do, I end up eating more. I call it a “restriction”. This web site targets the ladies and has quite a bit of tools such as an Ideal Weight calculator, work out plans, snack swappers (for healthier choices on fatty snacks) BMI calculator, and even a virtual coaches you can choose from based on their attitude. They also have videos on workouts and can send you daily text messages to your phone with daily eating habits.

I am not good with the word or action diet either. So this week I am trying to eat healthy and see how that goes.

It’s been hard for me because I’ve totally become an emotional eater. If I’m having a bad day I’ll have chocolate or fries for lunch. I’ve got to get myself out of that bad habit. Good luck with eating healthy!

Never Say Diet?? Love it. Its all a state of mind. I will check it out, summer plans are looking great and I totally want to feel good
