Update on Meet Karla Martinez
A few months back I shared a great opportunity with you brought to you by General Mills, Que Rica Vida and Bisquick to meet Despierta America’s Karla Martinez. With thousands of entries the winners were:
Maria Picasso, of Orange, CA; Marian Gannon, of Phoenix, AZ.; Joanne Heatherington, of Mt. Pleasant, MI; Marcia Bradfield of Chicago, IL; and Bexy Diaz of Hialeah, FL were the five lucky winners treated to an all expense-paid three-day stay at the beautiful Fountainbleu Hotel in Miami, FL. These lucky ladies enjoyed an early Mother’s Day brunch with Despierta America’s, Karla Martinez. The event was sponsored by Bisquick and Que Rica Vida, which in English means, “What a Good Life.” The winners and Karla exchanged mothering tips and stories over a sobremesa, a Hispanic tradition of sitting around after a meal, talking and socializing. The event was wrapped up by a few words from Karla and a presentation of Bisquick gift baskets. Below you will find pictures and video of the event. Congratulations Mamis!
