My Spendervation Weekend at TJMaxx and Marshalls

sdc10031 What’s better than buying your favorite brand? Well getting it for less of course!I Honestly, I think we all need a spendervention. I’m already there, I refuse to pay full price for anything! Even online. It’s like a hunt where when someone compliments me on my newest purchase I smile knowing I didn’t pay full price for it.

Have you seen that commercial for TJ Maxx where one friend is in a boutique paying an insane price for a purse and their friends find her and do an intervention of sorts? If not here’s the video. It’s pretty funny.

You will definitely find some great prices at TJ Maxx and Marshalls but be prepared to stay for a while. Usually the stores are huge and they have everything from clothing, shoes and accessories to home goods and electronics. I suggest you make a day of it with your amigas and leave the hubby at home. Mine complained that we were there too long. Even though he scored at TJ Maxx buying three shirts for $24.95 including tax! Not bad huh? While he was checking out the men’s clothing I was at home decor department checking out all the beautiful things they had. I didn’t know what to purchase everything looked great! I also fell in love with two purses but I really wanted a pair of shoes for the summer which I am still searching for.

We checked out Marshalls and this is where I scored on Booba (my son’s) new sneakers. I got him a pair of red white and blue Reeboks (pictured) for $13! That’s unheard of! Even the Walmart sneakers cost more than that!

When bargain hunting for the best prices on the best brands these stores are the way to go. You know they even group the purses by color? Loves it!
