This summer, I received the Febreze Flameless Luminary which I loved. I have now received some holiday scents for review. As the holidays approach, your family starts pouring in and we know that we’d like our house to smell and look good. Especially when you finish cleaning your home, an air freshener is almost like the icing on the cake. The holiday edition I received is cranberry pear. This smells so yummy and the Christmas design on the shade is very cute and a great touch. It can blend in with the rest of your holiday decorations. As always, the fragrance is just enough and not over the top.

I purchased your flameless luminary cranberry pear along with one for my mother and we have had nothing but problems. My moms first had problems after the first day with dead batteries. Three days later I had the same problrem. I have now put in two more sets and the light is still dead along with no scents. My mothers is also dead after after second set and will not put in another. Now the time frame is less than two weeks and no scents in either and no light in either. This product was purchased at Walmart and we do not have a receipt any longer because we are in the process of moving and it might be at our other address. Either way you need to know we had problems that are not acceptable. Thanks Steve Steinert

Hi Steve,
I’m sorry you had such a bad experience with the Febreze Luminary. I’ve bought a few and haven’t had that problem. Hopefully you can find the receipt so you can either get your money back or exchange it for another. Happy Holidays!
