I have learned so much while writing these #Mujerdove posts. Don’t we all want to know how to get luminous skin especially during these colder months that can make our skin dull?
1. Water is so basic but I have to admit that I’m not as good as I should be about drinking water daily. It definitely helps to keep your skin balanced. There’s so many great benefits to drinking water it really is a shame if you don’t drink it regularly.
2. Making sure you get your skin prepped for bed is important. This is the time where your skin repairs itself and any help you can give it would be great!
3. Definitely switch your routine this season including makeup. Your skin is never the same year round you would need different skin care and shades of foundation in winter than you would in summer.
Of course one thing we do year round is shave our underarms. Well at least I do! and I love the way that Dove Clear Tone helps reduce the dark marks from shaving and hyperpigmentation in my underarms. To be honest, my only regret is that I didn’t use Dove Cleartone this summer where you tend to show more skin including underarms! But at least I’m ready to go sleeveless for next summer! And lets not forget the 48 hour wetness and odor protection. With chasing after kids you know that’s definitely important!
