What are your favorite pair of jeans?
I have been lucky enough to lose some of the last of my “baby weight” in the past year (wait can you call it baby weight when you have a toddler?) but now my jeans are not fitting me correctly. I am on the hunt for the perfect pair of jeans because I wear jeans almost daily to work so they are an important part of my wardrobe. Although I’m going for dresses this spring and summer, I still need at least three good pair of jeans. Right now I have maybe two out of all my pairs that fit me well. Before I completely throw in the towel, I’m going on a hunt!
So in the comments section, give me some suggestions. What is your favorite brand? Right now I really don’t have one. Jeans come in different cuts and styles and you should definitely pick one that flatters your body type. I have a smaller waist (wepa!) and then curvy through the hips and thighs. If I can only get rid of my stomach that looks like a deflated balloon I would be so proud of myself right now! But instead I always have to go a size bigger so that my jeans fit me at the hips and thighs but then I either need a belt or they are literally falling off of me. Of course the trend right now is to wear belts over your clothes so there’s no way I will be wearing two belts!
I may start a series of post on my hunt for the best pair of jeans for us curvy chicas. So stay tuned!
I’m so done with SouthPole!
Southpole, you get a thumbs down until you make a better quality product! Next! I’m going to try some PZI jeans or Baby Phat instead.
Jeans that love your curves!
Hate that “panty peek”? Where you are sitting down or bending down and your favorite jeans have that little space in the back that shows your underwear? I can’t stand that peek! That happens from the jeans just not being built to follow your curves. If you are a curvy chica, you should try PZI jeans. These jeans are made especially for the curvaceous woman and are available in different styles from the skinny jean to the boot cut jean. All their jeans flatter your booty and are for the women with a narrower waist, curvy hips and fuller booty. They are available online pzijeans.com and are available at different retailers including Macy’s for about $80-$100. Check them out and let me know what you think!
